If you are ordering a framed keepsake,
please mail the invitation or announcement to me with the
order form. The invitation
or announcement should be mailed
in a sturdy envelope, between two pieces of cardboard.
On the outside of the envelope, please write “Photo – Do
Not Bend.” If possible, please send two
invitations or announcements. The unused invitation will
be returned
to you if not needed.
If you wish to order more than one
framed keepsake, please use a separate order form for each. Please
include a check or money order payable to “An
Occasion Remembered” when you mail the
order form. All keepsakes and place cards must be paid
in full before the order will be shipped.

$3.50 sales tax (5%) for Massachusetts residents only
10 – 50 place cards: $1.00

All items will be shipped via United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. Rush orders will be accommodated
if possible
but additional shipping costs will apply. If you
live in southeastern Massachusetts and would like to pick
up your
order to avoid shipping charges,
please let me know.
